Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Multiply Local in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Multiply Local LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
